アメリカ軍のリーダーシップ本は数多く出版され、ここ日本でも多くが翻訳出版されています。その中で本書がこのブログを初めてからずっとランク内に収まっているのは、普段のリーダーシップを取る現場で非常に役立つとの評価を得ているためだと推測されます。 あいにく、本書は和訳されておらず日本語で読むことは出来ませんが、翻訳されたら日本でも注目を集めるかもしれません。 なお、著者のJocko WillinkとLeif Babinを検索しましたがお二人とも元軍人らしい、たくましい体つきです。 リーダーの孤立についてディスカッションしている動画（英語）があるので参考までに紹介します。

アメリカ軍のリーダーシップ本は数多く出版され、言い方は悪いですが元軍人のセカンドキャリアとして著述家というものが地位を築いているほどですが、翻って日本の自衛隊の人が同様の活動をすることが少ないのはなぜだろうとふと疑問がわきました。 来月はこれまでと毛色の違う本を紹介できたらなと考えています。
